Don't know what's happened to Evan.

Ever since that injury he's just not looked anywhere near the same player he was before it.

Yep Frankfurt have done extremely well with that deal. Even accounting for all the usual stuff (how expensive forwards are in the market anyway, PL tax selling to a big club, his age and potential, leaving town tax etc) that’s still a monster transaction. €95m is a “ready now, finished article” type of pricing. Wow.

He’s quality from what I’ve seen of him and his stats and data are very impressive, interesting to see how he fares for Liverpool.

the jovic one is insane cos frankfurt had him on loan for 2 seasons, used their buy clause and then onsold him to madrid, who then loaned him back to frankfurt and then he left on a free 3 years into a 6 year contract. one of the worst transfers ever.
