Funny you repeatedly keep mentioning our 17th place finish, as a stick to beat the club with now that transfers aren't up to your speed. But for months the league finish didn't matter to the regular contributors to the loser's lounge...

My hope is with his GK Coach from Brondby with us and having more possession than Leicester probably did, his ball playing positives will stand out a bit more. Can't be any worse than Areola with the ball at his feet in any case.

United who missed CL football realised they needed to spend to improve. Meanwhile we crawl into the CL and stay static really with Kudus and Palhinha in but Maddison and Kulu out. No surprise against a CL side in Bayern we got a spanking

Not that there's much you can do about an ACL but Maddison does seem to spend quite a bit of time injured.
Had already missed 25 games over his last 3 seasons prior to the ACL, now misses this season entirely as well.

18m feels a touch high but not nearly as crazy as the original 25m or whatever it was. Much more in line with what I would have thought given Cooper is valued at ~15m.

A move that if we did that you'd be on here with a raging boner at the opportunity to blast the chairman for those actions.
Sorry, the Ange in crowd can't reference last season's league form. You all said it didn't matter and we deliberately tanked the league for Europe. The implied inference being that we're not a bottom 4 PL squad and we should improve on the table as a result.

Hopefully it's a Sancho type deal, but I think it'll be a buy unfortunately.
I guess once hes out of that environment he'll be a different footballer(like Sancho was). Could be a decent backup for Gittens.
£401 now. Though after reading redcafe I can see why it's so easy to get fools to part with their money.
