Chelsea said yesterday that the ad was put on by an external consultant (most club websites are run externally) and that not one shirt was sold. As soon as they found out about it they got the ad pulled according to them.

Still you can get any name and number on a club shirt, so you could probably still get a Chelsea Robinho one.

I was under the impression he could play for Everton ala Fernandes last year. Fernandes had played for Valencia in Champions league before we took him on loan. Given this is the same situation then he should be able to play for Everton in UEFA.

Reading through the legislation this seems to be the case. Everton apparently do have an agreement he will not play against Liege, so if we lose it will not matter anyhow.

Yeah, I read that. Fantastic - A future superstar (About time we got one.. been waiting a few years) for a decent fee (not too high, not too low) and we rid out opponents of their best player

It would make more sense, its a little harsh on the Summer window for that to happen, especially when sides drop straight back to the UEFA now anyway.

Pretty sure there's exactly something where you can choose 1 out of every 3 players you sign to play in the UCL if they've played in the UEFA.

I dunno if it works the other way, but Liverpool did it last year with Skrtel, and I remember seeing something on SSN about it.

city don't have a better squad than Arsenal.

arsenal have a better defence, midfield, attack and system.
