I think SWP will actually flourish with regular game time and out of the spotlight of a larger club. I know 'Arry doesn't have many fans here, but he has a proven record or rejuvenating stalled careers.

Medical now looks like it will definitely be on the weekend (Saturday, I think. I’ll double check later.) Spurs must have finalised a deal for a replacement, the likely reason the medical didn’t go ahead when it was supposed to have, on Wednesday. I see he got left out of the most recent Spurs squad, so I’d suggest he’s on his way.

18m is possible, but a high percentage of that will be success related clauses. A likely up front fee would be 10-12m.

Shame about Arby, but no use having a homesick player that isn’t interested, around. Reckon we’ll get a good fee to be honest. Sevilla were interested earlier in the summer. Potential fee was 6-7m. That’s a good profit.
