That actually really made me laugh out loud.

Gold.

Oh and has anybody commented on the Fellailli or whatever his name is transfer to Everton. I mean, are you kidding me. 15 million?? What the f*ck? He is 20 so he is young and he was quite good against us in the qualifiers of the CL but Id never heard of him before we had to play Standard. Isnt 15 million about 10 million too much? I mean we bought Xabi for 10 and didnt Arsenal pay less that 15 for Nasri??

We payed 12 to Standard and 3 to the CEo of standard I think, because it was late in the day and they didnt really want to let him go. Arsenal payed 12 for Nasri.

The guy is well suited to EPL and one of the best young talents in Europe (I'd heard of him), he's also very physical and gets a lot of yellows for being able to hold people off the ball with his strength because they are so soft in belgium apparently.

Do it yourself you lazy git.

Still, it's rather amusing that you seem to be wound up over a pisstake that I haven't even bothered to write yet. But then again, you do barrack for Spurs.

Not wound up at all just pointing out the hyprocisy of it all.

SAF paid more than he intended yet it's Levy that cops the flack. If the soak had of paid the price 2 weeks ago your club may well have been in a better position than it is now, & that opening draw may well have been averted. Haven't seen 1 post from a United fan questioning the delay in the transfer given SAF paid over what was regarded as the universal price, he may as well offered prior to the season commencing. Instead the bloke is lauded for pulling off a masterstroke.

Would hate to think that it may come back & bite him on the ar$e come year end. Now that would be rather amusing.

Well, it sure read like a bit of a sook from you.

And surely you'd admit Levy's hypocrisy with his whining?

Levy is copping flack because he's accusing clubs of going behind his clubs back to recruit players, and yet, he has forgotten that he used the same tactics to poach Ramos.

I know Fergie is hypocrite. I've had a go at him and United for us reporting Real Madrid over the Ronaldo saga. But it seems that you don't like it when I (even jokingly) have a go at Levy.

We won't know whether it's a masterstroke or not until the end of the season. You do know that last season, we started with 2 draws and a loss in our first three games? We finished that season okay.

And if you went over to the United thread, there are United fans who questioned why we were taking so long to recruit a new striker. There are a couple of United fans who have posted saying that we've paid too much. Personally, I thought we should have signed Huntelaar.

As for the price we paid, we'll never know what would have happened if City didn't put in a bid. Without them pushing the price up, United may have ended up paying 26 ot 27mil. Or maybe Berbatov would still be at Spurs.

Even if we fail this year, the chances are that we'll still finish above Spurs.

Robinho's career at Manchester City has not got off to the smoothest start following his switch from Real Madrid.

The Brazilian stunned football by making a £32.5m move to Eastlands and not, as expected, to Londoners Chelsea.

However, it appears the 24-year-old's deadline day move has still to sink in.

"On the last day, Chelsea made me a great proposal and I accepted it," he said, to which a reporter replied: "You mean Manchester right?".

"Yeah, Manchester, sorry!" answered Robinho.

Anyone else reminded of Baseketball?

Narrator: The ideal of sportsmanship began to take a back seat to excessive celebration. The athletes caring less about executing the play than planning the vulgar grandstanding that inevitably followed even the most pedestrian of accomplishments. The games themselves became subordinate to the quest for money. Stadiums and arenas became nothing more than giant billboards to promote commercial products. Players sold their services to the highest bidder, much like the hired guns of the Old West.
Football Player: And after playing for New England, San Diego, Houston, St. Louis, a year for the Toronto Argonauts, plus one season as a greeter at the Desert Inn, I'm happy to finally play here in the fine city of Miami!
Official: [rises and whispers into his ear] Minnesota. [sits down]
Football Player: Whatever. [grins big] Shiiit.

Barça Targeting 60 Million Euro Man?
FC Barcelona could be weighing up their options in the very near future to sign a player many consider will become Lionel Messi’s ultimate strike alliance: Sergio Ag*ero.

Both Leo and El Kun have already established themselves as a permanent fixture for the Argentine national team and they have also collaborated on numerous games over the past few years.

While their partnership with the Albicelestes has yet to hit full stride, their collaboration continues to blossom steadily and the Blaugrana have reason to believe that by playing them together week in, week out in club football, the pair could become one of the most lethal attacking duos in the history of the game.

Barcelona-based daily Sport is already watering at the mouth over that prospect and they believe that Ag*ero’s current €60 million buy-out clause with Atlético Madrid should not pose that big an issue for Barça nor seem that ridiculous an amount, considering the state of the transfer market at present.

That may be the case but getting the player himself to agree to jump ship is another matter altogether. Ag*ero will ultimately have the final say about his future and whether or not he wants to leave the Vicente Calderón for another La Liga outfit as his relationship and affection with Los Colchoneros continue to rapidly grow.

The 20 year old, however, has only stated in the past that he would not leave Atleti for crosstown nemesis, Real Madrid, although he did hint that he will return to Argentina to see out his playing days once and when his Atlético career is over.

If El Kun can maintain his upward momentum this season and elevate himself to the class Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo and Kaká are in, the Blaugrana is certain to face stiff competition for his signature, with Juventus being the latest club to lavish praise on the young Argentine

So in other words its just made up

don't get why people bag goal.com.. 90% of their stories are just copied from other sources (some reliable, some not).. but it's not like they're the ones going around creating rumours.. obviously Aguero is a far-fetched idea but i'm still hopeful:p
