You arguing in bad faith now Gralin.

I asked you a pretty straightforward question -
-------
The institutional racial segregation that was practised in pre-civil rights America.

and

The segregation of men and women globally in the institution of prison.
-----

What is the basis for these two different forms of discrimination?

This is nothing to do with transition or pre-transition or whatever.

Is there a difference between sex-based segregation of prisons and race-based segregation of diners and schools?
No I'm not arguing in bad faith, I was making a point about the language being used that you saw no issue with.

Why are you bringing up prison segregation? Is it because you want trans women in with cis men? Or you think they should be separated from everyone?

You want to talk sex based segregation like it can't be discriminatory?

I noticed you dropped the gay and lesbian example like a hot potato....

I find it interesting how when transgender athletes win such a minor amount and compete * all in the Olympics are a problem.

Yet somehow there's no height restrictions in basketball despite all the best players being above average male height.
As per kirsti there have been two transgender athletes compete at the Olympics, one finished last, the other within touching distance of it. The facts aren't quite fitting with the rhetoric.

The distinguishing factor there would be biological parameters. How do you not understand that distinction?

The fact that the swimmers don’t have to worry about it for starters and a decision has been made. It’s over and they listened to the experts and have made a call to protect the sport and thank goodness for that. They don’t have to release anything what good does it do just to get activists saying this is wrong this is right. Honestly they can’t win keep it in house.

But they weren’t racing worrying about it? Lia Thomas wasn’t there. Seems pretty much a non-issue for 2022 World Champs no matter which way the decision went.

It would have been an issue. So easy solution stop it before it becomes a problem

On one of my lefty anarchist videos or podcasts they were talking about the figures that move through these groups. MLM shills who just moved their grift to anti-lockdown. Neo-Nazis whose groups were outed and kicked out of their digs saw the opportunity to rebuild their little gangs from the disaffected.
This explains a lot.

All the Gender Crits and TERFs have either said nothing about Roe V Wade online or have used it as an opportunity to make fun of inclusive language.

Says a lot about how much they reall care about women and girls.

The US is the perfect example of the problem. There is a group of people who have gotten into power in multiple states, gotten onto the Supreme Court and State Courts, and they are legislating against people they don't like.

It's no accident the laws they've passed to supposedly protect cis women and girls from trans women also actually target cis women and girls.

They're passing laws to make being trans illegal, abortion illegal, they're going after contraception and same sex marriage next.

Some of them will be pushing to make being gay illegal and to make interracial marriages illegal again.

You might think that's not coming here or that the attempts will fail but they're trying to do the same here and they will keep trying

You understand that the people there have elected the government who makes these decisions?

I think it stinks but you can't say democracy is "a problem" simply because it is delivering outcomes you disagree with.

This is a good article to read on these topics.

When the public majority supports abortion rights and the state legsilates abortion bans democracy ain't working

That's before you even get into how the US voting system works

Your assuming that abortion is the number one issue for voters.

It isn't just whether 60% of people agree with an issue. It is how high that issue is on the list of issues affecting voters.

Abortion rights barely makes onto this list. For many voters it isnt an issue that will affect how they vote.

However they still have an opportunity to vote out the state government if they introduce abortion legislation they oppose.

If the State introduces abortion bans and stay in power then obviously the issue wasn't high on the list of voter issues.

The majority still support it, how important it is to them individually doesn't change the fact that these rulings go against what people want.

And they get to vote for who the two major parties pick and there are anti abortionists on both sides.

Dems would rather have the fundraising and votes from what the Republicans do than change it.

So yeah I'd say their democracy is pretty ****ed.

And that's who people are taking the lead from here on trans rights

It’s an all boys school. And they are letting a female study there. How does that not confuse you?
Yeh nah. This is harmless and schools should make calls like this on a case by case basis. If they were already enrolled as a male you shouldn't discriminate against them for deciding to transition to being a woman.
