Seriously, anyone who thinks Melbourne is going to a quick rebuild and a sudden injection of young great players are fooling themselves. The draft in 2007 is short of talent, especially tall player. Last year was the year to go hard. Afraid we have missed the boat once again.

We need a rebuild of the total administration team.

The last thing we need is more board room and/or administration changes.

Some stability and hunger will get us back on track.

Under Harris, many have quit. ??

Sheeds as a team manger / coach Why have two positions

A new marketing chief - the lucky $1000 giverway smacked desperation

And Stickman11 for president. **** I'd get some pride back into the club soon enough.

Things started to unravel for Trav when Daniher said to him, early in his career, "Now pay attention and listen carefully and follow this team plan."

It's like walking and chewing gum at the same time, some people just can't do it.

Better to say, just go and get the pill and put it to our advantage - then build a team plan around him.

There is no better delivery of the ball than Travis. He showed tonight that when he is on he is white hot. Maybe he is playing for his career ?

Yet half the Melbourne board wants to trade him. He and McLean will rip it up for years to come with Jones at their feet.

I'm still in. All depends what is on offer.

Is it just me or do you guys now get him and Dunny confused too?

Dunn, good game:thumbsu:

Yeh, but thankfully Dunn's at leat trimmed his hair so there's a little difference.

Anyway, he kicked a pearler of a goal. :thumbsu:

he showed last night his class, especially compared to the appauling foot skills of the bulldogs players. I don't understand why you'd want to get rid of him, he is a fantastic player. There is no point trading for draft picks because this years draft is nothing special and your side doesnt need a total re-build. You played well last night, and Johnstone and Jones were your best players. Though i still think you'll target Fev at the end of the year, due to Neitz's age and the fact that he seems to have started to slow down and doesnt have the same confidence in his ability he used to have.
Btw if you were willing to trade Johnstone what would you want from geelong?

I think everybody can acknowledge he has skills. The problem is his consistency and (from where we're sitting) his application. The body language that we see from the crowd suggests that half the time he couldn't give a shit.

Thank god for TJ. We are a much better side with him being the main link in the chain. GUN!

Remember when we played and lost that final against essedon, it was TJ who got us into a position where we could have won. Fit and firing, can turn matches. The kind of play that can switch on and turn a match. Every team needs those players.
