Maybe not from a Kangaroos perspective but as an outsider I found it pretty good.

It might not have been overly informative for a long-time Roos supporter like most of us here, but it was well-written, and timely considering Corey's form slump. At the same time, it didn't focus on Corey as the centrepiece of the article, which is a good thing considering the current situation.
It's also nice to have a fairly long article to read, without a single mention of cash crises and our four large defeats this year.

Maybe we should all cut out the article and send a copy of it to USC with a note saying, "This is real football journalism".

I thought it was a fantastic article.

I loved that he was able to draw some great stories from former players that I admire. They're rapidly turning into reminisant old men yet they haven't been out of the game that long.

He obviously is one of those journos that has a little cred amongst players. I'd love to hear his tapes & learn what other stories he dug up but didn't have room to print.
