How many times has Trevor told a joke, and half way in saying it, stuffs it up.

And last nite on the footy show he looked like a scared little girl, when it was his turn to say something to Carey. Trevor just looked like a complete idiot, saying to Carey, “hows the groin?”

Trevor used to be funny a long time ago when he was new, young and part of punter to punter on RRR. Now he has his moments but like all TV comedy he has a limited shelf life and he has probably passed his. The whole show is probably in that category but while bankable rating keep up the show will keep going. It took Hey Hey a damn long time to die.

That was bad, but Sam is hillarious. I laughed at some of the stuff he said last nite for ages. He's funny coz he just doesnt give a stuff, champ IMO

I must admit that Sam in the best interviewer going around - he asks the questions you really want to know and doesnt let people get out of it with a cliche. However, last nights question to Carey was stupid when two blokes are trying to put differences aside and there is a good cause involved.

I did like his Plumber story though - what a classic re: security door.

It would be OK to be interviewed by Sam Newman, because despite all the posturing and acting like he's drilling someone, The interviewee really only needs one generic answer, because Sam just rewords and asks exacly the same question over and over.

Sam Newman probably only thing keeping the show alive. Isnt afraid to ask the questions most people cower from, says his opinion and has a pretty good sense of humor aka plumber story and simply retort of saying how he wanted that turn wheel in his bedroom

May have something to do with the old chant that used to go up around AAMI Stadium when Carey played for North Melbourne/Kangaroos, "Carey's a w@nker".

They were all going to be staking around on thin ice, the whole Carey saga was off colour so why would the comedy be any different?

I just switched it off, I think it's a sad day for all when this type of stuff is played out in public no matter how noble the cause.
