Let's see if anyone's able to answer this one :D

Which club currently playing in the Dr. Martens (Southern League) Premier Division has actually played in the European Cup-Winners' Cup?

I see your trick question and raise you this one ...

Which TWO clubs in the Dr Martens Premier League have played in the Euro CWC?

Aaahhh so you know your non-league stuff!

I don't have a non-league club but I do keep tabs on what's going on in the pyramid, particularly with a large number of football fans rooting for AFC Wimbledon (currently top of the Combined Counties Premier with a 100% record!) to get up the pyramid.

Correct! Them, plus you could also mention Newport County who reached the CWC quarter-finals in '81. They fell out of the Football League in '88 and I believe went bust, but were re-formed and now play in the Southern League.

Merthyr Tydfil faced Atalanta in the 87/88 CWC 1st Round, and it was the first time an Italian side faced a British side since Heysel. Incredibly, Merthyr belied their status to beat Atalanta 2-1 at home but lost the away leg in Bergamo.

Both sides were of course winners of the Welsh Cup. Cardiff, Swansea, Wrexham, Newport, Colwyn Bay and Merthyr Tydfil all play in English leagues.

If that wasn't bizzare enough, English teams like Kidderminster, Hereford, Shrewsbury and Chester have all contested Welsh Cup finals.

If any of the English clubs won the Welsh Cup, IIRC they couldn't take the CWC place which was reserved of course for Welsh winners.

A UEFA-sanctioned Welsh national league started up in 1992, and some clubs transferred from the English pyramid to there but Cardiff, Swansea, Wrexham, Newport County, Merthyr Tydfil and Colwyn Bay chose to remain within the pyramid. 1995 was the last year a Welsh club playing in the English league could take part in the Welsh Cup.
