Xaviers top players were out. Many of them also play U18s TAC cup.
Ben Kennedy - will join his brother at Hawthorn (awesome ruck rover)
Cristian Sanfillipo - in top few midfielders in APS footy (Northern Knights)
Dan Noonan - Best CHB in APS footy (Sandy Dragons)
Dan Sweeney - FB, Huge unit - capt of rowing & taken some big scalps
Todd Daniher - Son of Terry, had a great year at HB and up forward
Matt Shiel - goal sneak and forward pocket with great skills
Liam Grigg - starting rover and key onballer
Ryan Craig - utility who has shown great tenacity
Stephen Romanin - Best tagger in the side and huge tank
These are all starting players mate.
ie - we had a 1/2 strength side.
Your coach said that you were virtually full strength after the game, so don't start reeling off crap that you had lots of blokes out too.
Plus, our coach made sure everyone had 3 quarters of footy, even the 2nds players who wouldn't be near the top 30 at Xavier.
