I reckon the Aussie is Kim Hughes, batting on all five days of the 1980 Centenary Test due to the number of stops and starts the game had because of the Pommy weather.

OKay - that's 3 guesses (Sherbx2 and Gough). To save you looking it up:

Victor Richardson. 1920. While captain-coach of Glenelg.

Thank you very much, Vic Richardson loved the thorough parklands about the Unley, Sturt area.

Barry Jarman was as good a SANFL footballer as he was a cricketer, back in the day.

Oh, god, I didn't, did I? Yep, I did. How the hell??????? I expect to be murdered by an outraged Sturt fan any day now - quite rightly, too.:D

Soap & Water is how the people do it down Goody way.

When was the last time a Test match in Australia was played on Christmas Day?

This is ******* me off. All of you asking questions I don't know the answer to!
Thats the idea, young fella. Edumacation.

Ok the answer to the All-Aussie team is Test #22. The test series in England in 1886 was the first time an Australian team was all Australian-born. It did cause a bit of comment in the papers in both countries, and was noted as another step towards Australia establishing it's own identity and eventual independence from GB.

My guess as to the Christmas day test - I'm saying 1964 vs the Poms.

I posted this as a fact in a trivia section in the General Discussion forum, but I'll try it as a question here:

Which legendary Australian cricketer finished with a first class batting average of 120 at Lord's? And he did play more than one innings there.

Bradman's first class average at Lord's was 79.47 whilst Border's was 71.58. Ponsford had a good one with 99.66 and Steve Waugh averaged 96.00, but they couldn't manage to finish with an average exceeding 100.

middle initial E, and both passed their previous highest test score during their century?
There's another common trait which would be considered highly unusual, unless you played for England ;)

both born overseas!

would you also accept both have awful teeth?

alright here's another.

the numbers 323 and 415 have a special link, what is it?
They have both been at one stage the highest first wicket partnership in Tests. Although I'm sure there is something else to link them together too.

Edit: I'm guessing the answer you're looking for is - Test cap numbers of two Australian players who are both named Steve Smith.
