I thought Jesus was a character on Who's The Boss or Growing Pains when I was a kid.

Religion never got a look in in my upbringing.

I thought that shit only happened in the movies.

One of the reasons my mum and dad left uk was she was prot and he was a mackeral snapper

Both of them are actually atheists but there was comments made that made them determined that their kids wouldnt have to deal with that bigotry

They are insincere, and not looking for a discussion or to take part in a conversation. They are there to ruin the conversation.

People who say free speech means b ING able to say whatever you want whenever you want regardless of context, intent, the hurt it causes, factual accuracy, historical context, relevance, etc, are the people who don't actually understand what free speech means.

Trolls aren't banned, they are merely relegated to the area where people can say and do what they won't so that they don't ruin the time of everyone who doesn't want to deal with redvests shit.

I don't mind people if they argue in good faith even I don't agree with them. But the deliberate shit stirring to get a reaction can take a hike.
