Was even funnier the second time.

Awesome, will have to check that out, bought it on Blu-Ray on Boxing Day, was my first official Blu-Ray movie that I bought(Got Casino Royale for free), and really enjoyed it the second time around as you said, I was pissing myself laughing, where in the cinema I only chuckled more than anything.I got this out last night, and sure enough RBD stayed in character for the dvd commentary

Was even funnier the second time.
I watched it with the commentary last night and it was funny how Downey Jr stayed in character through the whole thing.He did it in his Sgt Osiris voice until he does the scene where he turns back into Kirk Lazarus and then went into the Aussie accent [well more British].
If you watch the DVD of Tropic Thunder you have to check out the MTV Movie Awards bit in the extras.It's hilarious.

Yeah i thought it was pretty crap to be honest. I'm still 50/50 with Ben Stiller, some movies of his that he worked on behind the scenes (and maybe had a small role in them) i've wound up liking. But others where he is the main star (Zoolander for example) i thought were pathetic.
Tropic Thunder had it's moment, most were with RDJ's character.
