Rumours coming out of the Fremantle football club is that once again team rules have been broken. Senior players Roger Hayden and Andrew Browne, Rookie Paul Duffield and Assistant Coach Michael Broadbridge were all late to training, due to a big night the night before. The club has yet to release it to the media and is trying to deal with the problem internally. This is the third case this year of these sort of actions happening at Fremantle. However not of this nature having an assistant coach being involved.

You're an idiot. Since when have Andrew Browne and Roger Hayden been senior players. Apart from the news not really being news, it would barely make page 5 of the community paper. I really doubt its true.

Good points about the "senior" players, plus Michael Broadbridge ........ oh yeah.

I very much doubt this as Broadbridge is a very professional operator.

Browne and Hayden are both on Fremantle's senior list!

Because it is a coaching official the club is trying to keep it inhouse

"Senior Players" is usually reserved for the more experienced players amongst the groups. I doubt Geelong would refer to Nick Batchelor as a senior player.

if the media in WA got sniff of such an incident. It would be front page news despite not being a big deal. Freo definately cop the short stick with regard to the media in WA.

meh! I don't mind a bit of team bonding anyway.. sometimes it brings more good to the team then harm.

another pub crawl for the boys would do them wonders as a team unit.!

Several of the players were at the Nelly concert on Monday night. All seemed happy to sign several autographs for the females aswell.

Good on them if they got on the turps, As I said it worked for Symmonds.

Yeah, it's a concern if they're listening to Nelly, may explain some of their form throughout the season. As for the training thing, WHO CARES?

I would be too embarrased to let anyone know I knew a Nelly concert was on to know who attended :D.

Apparently this "clad idiout" is moving from board to board causing problems, so I wouldn't expect him to last too long.

Q - I am delighted in light of your post to be able to say I had no idea that there was a Nelly concert on; but dugrene - I am also happy to say that I am "hip" (do the youngsters of today still use that word?) enough to know who Nelly is. Also sensible enough to know he sucks.
