Never understood why the all powerful SDA is against their members getting ridiculous double time for working on the Sabbath.

Comrades need time to rest.

Alan Jones thinks everyone should go back to a 9-5 life so everyone is safe at home maybe in their closets but maybe just having family time.

Nice to know South Australia’s big footy port board posters support Alan’s campaignererisms.

We're thinking penalty rates would apply with those deregulated shopping hours?

Also I liked when the Liberals deregulated shopping hours last year... and the shops were actually open less.

What is it the great left hope Malcolm Turnbull said about reducing penalty rates? 'we live in a seven day economy'?

Sorry Malcolm but I live in a community, not an economy.

First you make everyone work all the time, then you give them less money, then you have created the working poor.

Referendum on shopping hours to be held at next state election, holy sh*t Adelaide can enter the modern century for once
It's happened before. A no vote in 1970 for 9pm shopping on Fridays - so the whole state voted despite the fact it only affected Adelaide and Gawler? The beauty of compulsory voting. At least SA has a better yes record than the Commonwealth 5 out of 7 YESes vs Commonwealth's 8 out of 44.

I like the episodes where Hyacinth gets sexually assaulted to rampant canned laughter

It was a different time remember? If, like you said, racism was funny in the 80’s Hyacinth must have been hilarious to you.
