And ffs dudes, hoppy IPA’s and IIPA’s aren’t the be all and end all of the beer range. If you don’t like that flavour profile try a Weissbeir, a Saison, a Porter, a Stout, a Session lager, or just stick to your mass produced 30 packs and let others enjoy. It’s not hard.
IMO the best thing to come out of the craft beer movement is a much more sophisticated approach to stouts and darker ales. For my tastes, that's where the gold is.

It tasted like both in the most amazing way. I don’t expect you to take my word for it though. I hope they make it again (but they probably won’t now because it doesn’t taste like Crown Lager)
Mate I'm tired 100% of the time and I'm ****ing grumpy 98% of the time.

I just want my beer to taste like beer.

That's exactly what happens when I visit one. It's like a good steak house having a fish option - quality but not their main line of business. They're not the be all and end all but those hoppy things are their main line of business. No FFS required ;)

To me, Coopers standard green, red and black models are both beers and craft beers. Brown ale is ok but I've always thought there was something missing from it. Had a flatmate once who was like a koala to eucalyptus leaves with that ****, she decided to move in when she saw some in my fridge and then for two years proceeded to drink nothing else.
Yeah the ffs wasn’t needed, it came from frustration. I’m sorry.

I thought referring to the Coopers label by colour was an Eastern States thing. For me they're called Pale, Dark, Stout and Stumbling.

I'm not a South Australian, but to me if you say "Coopers" it means the sparkling, ie red label - any other variety has to be identified in some extra way. Like "Rugby" means Rugby Union - you don't have to say the Union, but you do have to say Rugby League or League for the other code (and I wonder if they've slipped into calling it "NRL" yet).

I hate when you buy a bottle of pale and the bartender rolls the bottle along the bar to mix up the sediment. What do you reckon is going to happen when I tip the thing into my mouth for the first sip? So wanky and unnecessary.

The sediment is going to stay at the bottom. :p

Also where are you finding this bar that doesn't have Pale on tap??

You know I can't remember off the top of my head but it's happened on a few occasions and i can't help but recoil and look a little bit disgusted. It's the same feeling as having your parents cut your meat into little portions so you don't choke.

I suppose when you are 12 it is difficult to understand that everyone has different tastes, some similar to your own and some vastly different, but that doesn't make them invalid. :)
Yes it does.

Like what I like and agree with me or **** off.

Pretty simple I would have thought.

Yeah or when they just put the tip in so you don't choke/get pregnant.
