This is making me realise I watch too much Home and Away
Went to a wedding at Summer Bay once. Overlooking the beach. Reception at "The Diner," lol. Actually, irl it's a pretty noice joint. Just amazed no drunk idiot tried to steal a sea-plane parked at the end of the pier...

Farken.

He didn't accept my refusal and has reinforced why he wants me there, now I'm in trouble. Apparently I have to dance with a bridesmaid (is this usual?), this displeases the Miss Feel.
Perfect way to get out of it now. Just listen to what some girl said about that:

"If they do this to my husband, it would kill me. It would kill my heart to see him dancing in the arms of another girl, even for 3 or 4 minutes. Some pretty girl in a strapless dress (i am not all that pretty and very insecure). I know he loves only me but it would destroy me to even see that. My head is saying one thing but the heart is saying another."

It's all well and good to be logical and say 'it's just a dance', but it's actually not if your partner has a problem with it. And he seems like the type that is 'hos before bros', so it's tit for tat.

When I was the best man at my brother's wedding, I didn't dance with the Maid of Honor because she was married, but it worked out because one of the groomsmen was her husband so we just swapped for photos and that part. You have to consider that as well - you'll be in all the wedding photos with some strange girl who isn't your partner.

That's the craziest shit you have ever written.

"Some girl" needs to be fired into the sun.

No, but he has every right to take his partners feelings into account, which is the problem he has with it....I presume.
If Mrs Feel can't watch Mr Feel dance unemotionally with a bridesmaid for literally 1/3rd of a song then I'd say he needs to take his own advice and end the relationship

I'm just waiting for Feel to ditch both his mate and Miss Feel, and end up with the bridesmaid. It seems like the logical way for all this to end.
I'm fully expecting magpiespower to be there, it's going to be that sort of wedding.
