As I was leaving the bottleshop tonight a guy at the counter in a very emotional voice told the guys serving that ''ýou better not close on me".

If it does happen BWS and Dan's will still do great business online.

Lol

Bondi beach is a tourist beach. Most the people in that famous shot look like the fat middle aged English people that oppose climate change with the same thinking that made them ignore isolation orders.

So, er, at St Kilda recently...

I live like 5 minutes from St Kilda beach and I didn't even know it was 29 degrees today. Lol. Slob self isolation mode is in full effect.

Anyway, St Kilda is literally a backpacker hub. I'm heaping the blame one hundred percent on the British.

Being having fun digging. Came across a post that was very interesting...

Melbourne beaches are under rated as to what Adelaide beaches are over rated. Yes Melbourne beaches aren't that good, but Adelaide beaches aren't that great either.

Compared to what? Paradise? Metro beaches are pretty good without being great but are still some of the better metro beaches in the world from what I’ve heard and seen.

Start heading south you come across amazing beaches. They just keep getting better.

If there aren't jellyfish and its not covered in rocks then it's a good beach. Beach snobs.

Adelaide metro beaches are bland and uninteresting. They are perfectly fine but I can never work out why all the SA Greater list them as one of Adelaide's great features (well i can due to lack of other great tourist attractions).

The Melbourne beaches don't really seem that much different. I think because Melbourne's weather is gloomy 85% of the time, it makes their beaches look gloomy too.

What are the great tourist attractions in Melbs n Sydney? Taller buildings and more shops? the burbs in every capital city in this country are beige as fu** it's gotta be sumpfin'

Bigger cities have a vibe. More population, more money, more to see and do. Sydney is blessed with stunning natural features. Malbun architecturally is quite cool. It also has the greatest percentage of pretentious knobheads per square centimetre in the southern hemisphere which gives it both good and bad "alamamants" as the locals would say.

But you are right, where 80% of where the great unwashed live, in the dross outer burbs, it's not much different where you live. You could probably argue that living in the smaller cities is better for the majority due to cost of living and not being 20- 50kms from the CBD.
