Makes laws favoring or advancing the cause of wealthy white guys, the dominant religion, heterosexuals and big business. Check.

Even just thinking that gay people shouldnt be put in jail puts him ahead of about 50 or 60 countries, and about 1 billion Muslims.

So I'd say that is a reasonable start.

Coming in 200 out of the 260 countires on the planet is not a good spot for any country let alone one that at one point was ranked number 1 in many facets of civilisation.
