Funny even back in the early to mis 80's The old supporters told how bad the crowd were comparded to the 50's and 60's

Wow Kingpin you must have gone to great length to find these pieces of Football History GOLD, the color footage from 1953 what a great find plus all the others. Harry Ward in 1976 from Queenborough with a current radio identy running around for North Hobart looming forward to watvhing them all apart from 1979 :-(

I was at this one.
My school footy team actually kicked footballs into the crowd that day, we had to wear Telstra T-Shirts, I was situated around the Ryde Street Stand, this was my first Grand Final I went to. Well...that I can remember, before that I would have been pretty young.
I went for North Launceston on the day, I think they were making streamers as well around the Ryde Street Stand of the ground as well, 'cause I managed to end up with some.
