This show definitely outstayed its welcome by at least a few years. I liked it in the old days, but the rubbish I've seen in the last couple of weeks on Channel 9 is like some hackneyed junk from 1970s sitcoms. It's hard to believe. Walden and Allan have a fake gay marriage so Walden can adopt a kid. OMG!!!! I only just noticed that it wound up in America in Feb this year.
Their ratings dropped off in the last 2 seasons, not surprisingly.
