Well the pay out scenario looks to be the lesser of the two because as sure as sh*t it's a ridiculous to have 2 guys basically employed in the same position on top money.

If he's a staffer, he gets a redundancy, or we set up a separate football R&D company which Hass gets transferred to. Then his salary can be claimed as part of the R&D tax rebate (hence half of his wage is paid by the Gov), and he looks at upcoming trends and research into all thing football.

Meanwhile, Burgess takes over as the Head of HP.

After 12m, we then decide that the research arm is not producing and we close it down.
