I didn't say you were the problem in my argument, I'm suggesting the credibility of a mate who might have played against him once and saying he was average, when we would have had scouts looking at him a heap of times is the part that is unreliable.

Well to put my 2cents in and at that risk of being bagged online but the hilights of Tyson from Collingwoodfc.com.au reminded me of a certain player - Hird. Not saying identical just a few things seemed Hirdish, like the very long handball down the ground to a clear open running player. Great vision.

I like the sounds of a tall running midfielder. We are desperately in need of an Embley/Hird/Goodes type who can be swung in to play key position at a pinch, and who can kick goals. If we are going to take a punt on anybody, this is the prototype you'd look for. Whether he's any good, obviously I have no idea.
