I don’t think they’re comparable. Neither of those three manage clubs that have the prestige or spending power that United does.

Conte is also having a nightmare season. He has lost the players and has mentally checked out. Tottenham have been playing home games this season at a stadium they’re notoriously bad at + look at their budget. One of the players on your bench tonight probably cost more than their starting XI. Liverpool have an inferior squad to United so five points is about right. They also lost their best player mid season (whilst you guys picked up Sanchez) and their midfield, defence and depth is bang average.

United have underachieved with their squad this season. I don’t know how you can spin it any other way. If you’re happy with where you sit right now because of Chelsea, Tottenham and Liverpool, then your standards have tapered. You need to look at the team above you to get a better understanding of where you’re really at.
Yep spot on.

Man United spend just as much as City while Liverpool have a worse net spend than Tranmere Rovers.

Good on him. Moot as Mourinho is going nowhere.
Any team competing with us for Top 4 and league titles is our rivals.
Shots at Arsenal! I like it.

Doesn’t change the fact that over the years he’s probably been the most tactically astute defensive manager. Not a fan of his football but you can’t overlook his achievements because of one shit night in the CL
He's also lost the league pretty meekly to City because he refuses to try and win games against Big 6 competitors away from home.

That strategy has worked for him before so you can’t really blame him. The blame lies with United board for hiring him because they should have known what to expect. The other problem he has is his current defenders are not up to the standard of what he has worked with in the past. Yet to his credit he still had them second in the league somehow
