09/10, bayern were 3-0 down and that goal put them through didn;t it. That was the second leg.

Yeah quarter finals 2010, that goal put them at 3-2, which put Bayern through on away goals. They'd ultimately make the final and lose to Inter.

Champions League soccer is the best, even though I have to walk around tired all day because I got up to watch the games.

No sleep tonight. Bayern v Besiktas at 1:00am followed by Chelsea Barca at 3:45am. DASSIT MAYNE

Haha I used to be like that. These days I just watch the highlights without knowing the score. I save a shit load of time.

Yeah I recall that season. Bayern were lucky vs Fiorentina in the 2nd round. It was a beauty. Man U going to Milan and winning 3-2 then trouncing them 4-0 at Old Trafford. Real getting knocked out by Lyon who dominated Ligue 1 for about 7 years straight and had some good runs in the Champ league.

Bayern game is a dead rubber tomorrow. I hope Chelsea can get through but it's a huge task. It was huge in 2012 down 2-0 at the Camp Nou a man down also.

What a ****en year that was. That final vs Bayern lol! Bayern were seriel chokers. Choked away finals in 99, and a home one vs chelsea hehe.

Bayern after that final in 2012 however, went up a cog and became elite.

Yeah it's a dead rubber, if it was on the same time as Chelsea-Barca I wouldn't even watch it, but since it's before I am obligated to see how they go :) Chelsea-Barca has all the makings of a classic, can't wait for it. Get the feeling Chelsea will produce something special.

And yeah, ******* Drogba in 2012  But without the heartbreak in Munich, I doubt they would have went up a notch and won the treble in 2013.

yep i completely agree.

Youre a funny campaigner you must be devoid of sleep. You probably already know nor care as you'd watch it anyway but the site fullmatchesandshows.com has full replays, extended highlights and short highlights without giving away the score. Just get up at 3.30 as they'd have the highlights up almost straight away, watch that in 5-10 mins then watch chelsea. Save you 2 odd hours of sleep, and a meaningless game.

but you won't;)

Is Mourinho genuinely taking a dig at Man U or is he implying sometimes you're in the seat that wins, sometimes you're in the seat that loses. As in it goes both ways.

??
Astonishing shit from mourinho, having to mention how he's had teams knock manu out at the same stage in his own completely arrogant dismissive way. Breathtakingly arrogant.

I'd be content with anyone other than City. Quarter-finals is that stage where you can't really complain about a tough draw so bring on whoever, but drawing another English side would be boring particularly as City probably beat us as well.

Wouldn't mind drawing Bayern tbh.

That'd be alright, would like to see us play a side we haven't played in a long while (in a real match)
Don't think we've played Sevilla before.

That's why I'd be happy with Bayern. I've seen us play (and beat) every team that's left in the competition apart from them.

I'd give us a sneaky outside chance as well. Maybe.

I think City can go all the way. At this stage I have either them or Barca winning it. Then again I tipped PSG and they copped it.

Barca have to be favourites imo.
