We’re a couple of postponed game wins away from 4th whilst playing in this comp so the inference you’re trying to make that it is one or the other is a furphy.
Want us in Europe as long as possible.

We are in our position in spite of this competition. The fact that our 2 make up games can easily be made up during ECL Thursday's means our top 4 chances are at risk staying in this money grab. We are severely disadvantaged tomorrow against Leicester so we can't afford the Burnley and Brighton games to be played on Tuesday's post a Saturday game with a Thursday ECL nothing game.

If we fall short of top 4 it will likely be because Rangnick gets a far superior squad firing. Not on our status in this comp.

Not so sure you are disadvantaged vs Leicester. Squad has been training since Sunday and will be well rested after a week off in the middle of a hecttic schedule.
