For me thats a terrible deal if Real can take him back mid season. Cant imagine Levy agreeing as it leaves Spurs in a lurch mid season with players costing much more.

Yeah there are some real obscure and awful teams in the group stage. It's a mere formality for the bigger sides in the group stage.
