WTF Rio Ave? They go to a penalty shootout against AC Milan and the first 14 penalty takers all end up scoring to make it 7-7. AC Milan then miss, Rio Ave have an opportunity to win but they miss. After that two penalties were converted to make it 8-8. Then there were 4 straight misses so Rio Ave had two opportunities to win the penalty shootout. Simon Kjaer makes it 9-8 for AC and the final penalty taker for Rio Ave misses and they end up losing. All of this after Rio Ave gave away a 120th minute penalty to take the score to 2-2.
