I wouldn't say picking apart. He's got more variation on his striking but merab pushed forward more that round. Could be 2-0 either way or 1-1

I don't think any rounds are super clear anyone. These are razor close. Probably 2-1 Umar but it's certainly not a domination

Agreed, and that's why I give Umar the 1st. His first and last strikes of the round were by far the most impactful, and they had overall even striking numbers.

Don't think I've ever seen this high level of a wrestling fight with this much striking intent.

You had Colby Usman but they barely wrestled. This is something else

Some guys show marks on their face more than others. That's not how you judge the impact of a strike.

Id give Umar 1, 2 was close. 3 and 4 to merab. Absolutely wouldn't be shocked to see 2 go to merab either
