When mobile phones started to become common place for high school kids, I remember a mate got a 'wrong message' on his Nokia 8210 (best phone evar).

It said "Hey son I'm still at work, I'll see you and a bit later"

So he wrote back "Come quick mum Dad's had a heart attack"

I've gotten into the habit of smashing my horn when ever I see drivers texting (mostly soccer mums and teenage girls). Most of the time I just get death stares, but the best ones are where they look up confused and have that half second of panic. Pay attention and you won't get surprised, dick head.

Not a text message but someone from a number i didn't recognise called my phone numerous times while I was in bed and when i decided to answer the phone there was this loud scream that said "ANSWER YOUR PHONE!" and then they hung up.

95% of the people I see doing this are women. And I'm not talking at the lights either. It's not as if they don't already have enough distractions as it is checking their hair and doing their make up every few minutes.
