That first return episode of Line of Duty was outstanding I thought. Barring the odd exceptions, The Wire for example, the poms do police drama's so much better than the yanks.

Yeah watched the first of season 3 last night & I'll have to fight off the urge to binge it all, really was very good I thought.
Watched Good Cop a while ago, was also well done, a shame it looks like they wont make any more, you watched it yet?

Haven't seen anything other than a criticism of it due to trivialising true crime events.

So was watching line of duty on 13 the street Ep 5 was about half way though it.
Then got a spoiler ad which fuuu up the rest of the Ep.Cant believe they show a ad for the next Ep while the Ep before is being viewed grrrr.

Line of Duty has been renewed for a 5th series.No it's not a mistake,it had already been renewed for a 4th series next year.
It's also moving from BBC Two,where it's been the highest rating show ever on that channel,to the BBC.

Watched Ep 1. I am in. Different seeing Nesbitt playing this role after 'The Missing' which I believe was his best performance since 'Bloody Sunday'
He is a campaigner in the Secret.

Along with Happy Valley, easily the best cop show Ive watched in years, stick with it.

Just finished binge watching season 3 Line of Duty. The procedural and interview stuff is top notch. It really sets it apart from any other show. Only thing that annoyed me was a few of the confrontation 'Hollywood' moments towards the end. But apart from that it was pretty great.
