Horrible news with the report today from Tehran, Iran, that Ukraine International Airways PS752 suffered a catastrophic accident shortly after takeoff. All souls on board perished.

Mechanical fault with the engines is speculated as being to blame but the sad possibility that it could be a terrorist incident cannot be ruled out.
 
Air accident investigators will take in to account many potential crash causes:-

Weather
Mechanical failure / maintenance
Human (pilot / ATC / mechanic / other)
Terrorism (bomb /missile / hijack)

speculation is mounting that this could be another MH17 like missile attack.

Air accidents are always tragic but if it’s terrorism that’s just disgusting.
