The west is trying to convince people that Russia is bad and democracy is good.

Pro-Western protest group stages coup and kicks out pro-Russian government.

Ukraine was never actually offered the chance to take up full EU membership, but rather to sign on to some trade agreements. They wouldn't have been offered EU membership any time soon even if this crisis had not occurred.

Strikes me that rather than fomenting it, America are looking away, which has taken me aback a bit, sanctions mean nothing. They've backed themselves into this though. The Americans are war weary, with a shitty economy and there is zero desire amongst anyone to commit troups anywhere. American exceptionalism is broken and they are starting to realise that. Putin probably does too.

The coup in Kiev a couple months ago was the doing of the West, chiefly the US.

Leaked phone calls put any reasonable doubt about this to rest.

The Americans are war weary, with a shitty economy and there is zero desire amongst anyone to commit troups anywhere.

Americans were against a whole heap of wars that their governments sent them to.

Sometimes all it needed was a little false flag. Here's a brief put poignant summary:

He would have been quite happy had Ukraine remained peaceful and joined his Customs Union.

A Customs Union that the democratically-elected Yanukovych had realised the benefits of joining.

But the Anlgo-American military industrial complex and international financiers couldn't have that.

So now thousands (maybe tens of thousands - who knows how bad this will get) of innocent Ukrainians will die.

And Australia will vote at the UN exactly how the US tells us to vote.

We might even be dumb enough to send troops if ordered to do so.

And if you think the chances of that are remote, you simply are not paying attention.
