Ive contacted UF about this little trade thing going on. See what they say.

Okay so UF sent me this in regards to trading....


"Once everyone has nominated the admin gives the all clear by allocating players to draft picks. Then when the draft starts any remaining picks are used to draft unkept players. So if you want to trade players pre draft the admin just has to manually update which teams the traded players are allocated to. Players won't show up on teams until after the draft, so you won't be able to use our platform to complete pre-draft trades. To be honest it's probably easiest to just wait until after the draft to put trades through"

There is a way you can trade indeed.

Either me and Vantz can go in and "Edit Draft Selections"

So as long as these trades are going to leave you with 16 players that you want to keep then that can all be arranged. Everything will just need to be posted up here for clarification and can be edited manually.

Yes this is what i've done so far with the trades that have been discussed and agreed upon previously. If the trade means that you would exceed your 16, you need to indicate what player you wish to be removed, and either Azza or myself can manually change the selections.

Do we want to set an official date now we have choosen the slow draft. We'd need to start sooner than later. Thoughts. Teams have provisional 16's locked in at the moment.

No I went back and read the 2015 thread to work out positions, plus I had some notes written down. You were pick 9 because you made the GF. Bottom 4 were locked, pre finals and then finals determined final places. Kristof beat you, I beat allefgib in 3v4

3)Hendo

Yeah but since new players haven joined and teams assigned, the draft order has changed.

Not sure how. The new players took a team. I based on where the team finished (ie Hank finished 10th, Houston has Hanks team, thus Houston has Pick 1) I did the same for the other 2. That's why they have the 3rd and 5th pick respectively. They will draft in the same spot as if their original owner was drafting.

Apologies, I just saw the RFA listings and was basing the draft order on that.

I know that in other leagues, when a new coach signs up for the year it completely randomises the draft order again.

Wow talk about a blockbuster.
I dont think anyone can have problems with trades at this point in the season.

The only way I would be totally against a trade is if someone out of the finals race starts giving overs for players.

Personally I think Azza wins that substantially.

I'm glad people think that. I think it's a great trade for both teams. The trade allows me to facilitate keeping Jesse Hogan who otherwise would have been draft bound into my 16. I dont think he makes pick 8 in the draft looking at the list. Plus Azza gets the 2015 highest scoring mid and a gun defender. Rockliff I wanted to bolster my midfield and captain choice.

Houston and I might have a trade - can we process these before the draft? It's multi-player, so not everyone we trade would necessarily be in our 16 keepers.
