It's what happens when the jib becomes unaccountable, they don't answer to anyone their mistakes are covered up or said to not be mistakes at all abd we just have to smile and nod.
Umpires especially chamberlain, mclaren and nicholls get too involved in the games outcome, personally the fact I know their names is astounding their match officials they should be nameless, plug and play bystanders, not extra characters with ego issues

Personally I think, when they are in public with the normal people, they should be forced to wear a scarlet "U".
