Umpire bias against Toby Greene: has it gone too far?

I get that some people don't like Toby Greene. Apparently the umpires don't like him either.

It has gotten to the stage where he is being umpired with different rules to the other 43 players in the match.

He can't buy a free kick for a high tackle, yet if he knocks a player over in a fair contest, the whistle is blown against him.

We saw this on several occasions tonight alone.

Has it gone too far? Will the umpires ever forgive Toby for whatever it is he did to them? Should GWS put in a formal complaint?

He's just undisciplined. Great player, but he makes some dumb decisions.

The umpires have shown over the past 20 years they can hold grudges against players and frankly it's inexcusable.
If the AFL really cared about the honest performance and integrity of the umpires though, they would have done something by now.

I've got no problem with umpires that give the benefit of the doubt to the tackler when it's a known ducker that's being tackled. Umpires sometimes don't see every little thing and have to sometimes infer what's happened from surrounding actions.

But that's different to having different interpretations of the same rule for different players. Greene, whilst being a complete dick, cops that pretty often.

The easy solution is to get super intelligent robots to umpire our games, that way they won't have bias or emotions.
