In recent weeks I am of the opinion that the umpring has improved dramatically. They now pay blatant pushing out in marking contests and shepherding players out of marking contests. Well done boys in white but why did it take so long???

Mate, I totally agree. They have brought back the classic cry of "Balllllll....yesssssssss". Before it was just "Ballllllll......... oh no, are you blind you f-ing white maggot?"
They are paying frees against deliberately pulling the ball in under which is great. Less ball ups, and less time wasting.
Paying more free's is actually making the game more flowing. Well done umps. Start paying more deliberate OOB and I'll be happy.

I too agree with wacca. The umpiring has improved. All that has to improve now is the attitudes of the people who are negative about umpires.
