Yep you are wrong. Crows got stuffed over by the umps on several occassions as well mate. Free kick count ended at 28-23. Nothing out of the ordinary.

The free kick count doesn't reflect the ones that weren't paid.......and its not just the frees.

You haven't made any comment on:
Moran - given free for slight hand contact on the back - goal.........not consistent
Moran - pushes Austin in the back under the ball in plain view of everyone.......no call - goal
Thornton - marks in defence, late spoil, goal.

Three poor decisions, two not reflected in the free kick tally.

Who cares if they even up and give a free to a defender at CHB, when they are gifting you decisons resulting directly in goals.

As for the rest of your post..........dellusional..........we played very poorly and still it took the umps to get you into the game..........then our poor finishing to ice it for you.

we played very poorly and still it took the umps to get you into the game..........then our poor finishing to ice it for you.

We played even more poorly. We also had only 20 fit men. Knights out with a hammy and Porps carried off on a stretcher early on. So not only were we missing Porps as a key forward but also Burton, Reilly & Johncock. Not to mention Goodwin has groin problems and isn't 100% at the moment & Vince, Mackay & Campbell had absolutely no impact at all. Injuries galore and Carlton having 2 more fit men then us, pretty good win IMO.

If that's the form you are taking into September............good luck.

No we certainly have huge room for improvement. As I've just mentioned we have plenty of talent ready to come back into our side & our form is on the rise after 5 straight losses. But hey, at least we'll be taking part in September action, again.

lol so I guess that means I can say, with some slightly better play & better umpiring decisions, we should have beaten the Dogs & Hawks this year because we only lost to them by 3 & 4 points? Shit, we'd be in the top 4 with some "slightly better play" !!



Nah it didn't mate. The better team won, we took our opportunities but Carlton did not, and kicking 3.6 in the last term showed this. You only have yourselves to blame. It's a shame really because many Carlton fans have accepted the fact that they were beaten by a better team but then fans like you come along and don't give credit where credit's due. Stop blaming the umpires and give some respect to Adelaide.

You need to take a look over some of those again buddy because they were all fair, except for the Thornton non mark. Fev being tripped by the umpire? Wtf? The umpire slipped, those kinds of incidents never get called back and the Eddie Betts 50m penalty could not be any more correct. That one was as clear as day mate you're just scraping the barrel now.

lol. They were pretty amazing weren't. When we play Floodelaide over there I expect that, although probably not quite as bad. There were several more you missed as well. Regardless, we always needed to play that much better to negate that factor, and unfortunately we just couldn't.
