So not only are we criminally undisciplined every game but every other team is uniquely super disciplined when playing against us. Theres really no excuse there, facts point to us being treated differently.

AFL 360, On the Couch and other media started "undisciplined" myth in 2017 and spread it far and wide. Oppos start believing and spreading it more, some of our own even start believing it. Umps also buy in and start watching us closer. This means they call extra frees against us often for random shit off the ball that never gets called for anyone else, and are also paying less attention to the oppos so less frees paid against our opposition at the same time. AFL media then highlights all these little frees and talks about us being "undisciplined" which in turns make people talk about it even more and umps judge us even harsher again and repeat

we play virtually no different to any other team in terms of "discipline" we just get judged harsher and watched closer, and also don't get frees we deserve because of this made up reputation and blatant corruption by the afl

The only real undisciplined thing anyone in our team does is Bolton chucking the ball away instead of handing it back one time a week. That's the one single undisciplined thing we do

And we are somewhere near the bottom for the frees for list, can't make this shit up.

There's also the consideration that we generally don't play for free kicks. Being able to consistently draw free kicks has become a skill in itself now with the over-officiated nature of the game. I guarantee there's an element of training at most clubs that covers drawing free kicks.

When we fo play for the odd free, it’s highlighted as staging and the calks for fines are there
 
I see they are advertising for people to become umpires on the AFL website, it should read:

Do you fit this description?

1. Do you have narcissistic tendencies and want to be the center of attention?
2. Have you always wanted to be a dictator?
3. Do you want to be able to make grown men cry?
4. Are you able to make decisions that seem completely irrational to yourself and others?
5. Can you look someone in the eye and tell them they're wrong when you know they're right and then punish them for saying so?

We have the perfect job for you, an AFL umpire!
