It seems that things may go pear shaped down at Kardina Park, if either or both Mooney and Kingsley don't sign.

Hopefully this is just a stalling tactic to get more money and things will be resolved quickly but at the moment things dont look good. ( thats not to say this is a situation to get worried about - YET)

But where there is smoke there is fire.

So at the moment there seems to be tension between Burns and the Club. What is going on with Spriggs ??? And Moons and KK have not signed as yet.

I hope it gets resolved soon

We have to sign Mooney and Kingsley! They are the backbone of our forward line. There's 80+ goals between them per year! So we have just GOTTA SIGN EM UP!!

It is pretty common practice for out of contract players to take their time negotiating the best possible deal for themselves so I wouldn't be too concerned at this stage.

Is David Spriggs out of contract as well??

Both have probably being enjoying the time off since the season ended and haven't given thought to signing a new contract. I know Kingsley just got back from the US late last week so he would hardly have had time to even think about negotiations.

I think both know what Bomber has done to them as players and as a person (in Moons' case) and neither comes across as someone who would walk out on the club, (neither did Colbert I spose) especially when the future is so bright.

Don't think we have anything to worry about. Those two are joined at the hips, one signs the other will sign. I'm not really worried about it at all
