Who deserves a payrise? Trent Rivers, I really like this kid

Who should we expect a big 2020 from? Weideman but I would love to see Lever prove me wrong and have a massive year

Do we have the right captain? it's hard to say without being in the inner circle, but Gawn definitely needs to be a stronger character out on the ground imo.
Player who when they pay well the team plays well? Oliver. when he takes the game on we play well. when he doesn't we struggle.
Left field trade target? Jaiydn Stephenson.
Who is trade bait? i really can't see any trade bait worth much on our list other than a late pick. Preuss, AVB, Harmes, OMac, Hannan, ANB, take your pick.
Who deserves a payrise? Langdon. he busts his gut every week.
Who deserves a paycut? Melksham. he's the opposite of Langdon.
Someone to make a positional change? Hunt to the wing.
Who should we expect a big 2020 from? Jackson. i think this kid might be something special.

Do we have the right captain? Yes, seems like everybody loves him as captain. Idrc who's captain because they should all be leaders.

Who is the next All Australian? Pickett. I think in a few years he can snag the forward pocket role they actually give to a forward pocket.
Do we have the right captain? I think so.
Player who when they pay well the team plays well? With the amount of inside 50's we normally get, any time one of our forwards has a day out we are a good chance. I'll say Weid.
Left field trade target? Josh Rotham. He's been in and out for the Eagles this year and looks like a good intercept player with tidy skills. He's likely the long term Hurn or McGovern replacement, so shaking him loose likely would only be possible while they are still around.
Who is trade bait? ANB, Preuss, McDonald x 2 and future picks are all options.
Who deserves a payrise? Petracca obviously. He was superb all year.
Who deserves a paycut? Melksham. He's dropped off big time since 2018 when he was super important. Hoping he can recapture some of that form.
Someone to make a positional change? Someone else made mention of this recently, but I would like to see Viney trialled as a small forward. If he can be effective there, it allows Brayshaw more midfield time or Harmes back in the mix as a potential run with.
Who should we expect a big 2020 from? Lever. Another year on from a knee reco and another (hopefully) uninterrupted preseason will do wonders for his confidence. He showed signs this year and I'm confident he takes a step up this year.

Who is the next All Australian? Jake Lever or Jack Viney.
Do we have the right captain? Not at the moment. Gawn gets bullied too easily. Still time to right that ship.
Player who when they pay well the team plays well? We're flat track bullies, the whole team looks great when we're on. It just only happens against s**t teams. Weed's a good nomination though.
Left field trade target? Hold Pruess and get as many ruckmen as possible. Gawn spends the year mentoring them. Flip them all for first round picks in 2021.
Who is trade bait? Tom MacDonald obviously.

Who deserves a paycut? Goodwin
Someone to make a positional change? Salem forward? Great skills, good player, not good enough for our midfield and our backline is strong enough without him.
