Under 18s next season

Has anyone seen what they have proposed for next season with the colts? **** me, it is outrageous. The thought of 16/17/18 year old kids possibly playing against some blokes in their 20s is a tad worrying. Some kids could handle it but plenty of the younger ones (and smaller bodied players) wouldn't. A few young boys are going to miss out on games next year if this goes ahead.

Scott Wade, you di*khead. Just swallow your pride, keep the twos around and keep the 18s comp as it is.

Back in 2000, when Football Tasmania had just been formed by the AFL after the original governing body, the TFL, had been liquidated with debts running well into the millions the previous year, they got rid of the Reserves back then too.
The set up was an SWL Under-21's competition and I think it was an Under 18's or 19's comp below that which consisted of sides (at least from the South) putting out two teams of players in the Colts.
It was like Glenorchy A, Glenorchy B, Hobart Demons A, Hobart Demons B etc.
It looked seriously ghey

It's the same lot as 2000 as well minus Peter Hodgman.
Wish they'd stop trying to reinvent the wheel...
