There was a guy who used to come round to service and repair all the T bars and beer pumps and he'd drink white tea with six. I expect he's in a diabetic coma somewhere now.
Had my wifes cousin come to stay, he was going through 2 kilos of sugar a week in his tea
He didnt believe me as he only used a kilo at home, then he realised half his teas were at mates places

Then add multiple bags of lollies and brown sauce on everything to get some more sugar.
Skinny as a rake and didnt have the diabetes then Im astounded.
He did have severe arthritis I think thats triggered by sugar

Black, sugarless tea. Opens up the variety of flavours on offer instead of just:
  • milky tea-y flavour
  • sweet milky tea-y flavour (yuck)
This from someone who drank white tea from birth (or near to) until early 40's

Omelette over scrambled every day of the week....Especially with some spring onions & Mushrooms diced into it.
Ive been rocking the omlettes lately
Winners are spring onion spinach and feta with a few cherry tomatoes cut up on top
Zucchini and haloumi goes well too

I've drunk black tea and coffee ever since I was a kid and we stayed with stupid hippy friends of my folks who only had soy milk. Tastes so much better.

Hell no
I dice really small (like 5mm) cubes of potato and lightly fry. Set aside. Then do some diced bacon. Then in that bacon fat i do mushrooms. Add back potato and put in eggs. Turn gas off and leave for 3 mins. Then put pan under the grill to cook the top.
No flipping. And cooked to perfection.

Careful you don't drown out the egg in amongst that lot.
Its stopped being about the eggs, its now about the variety

Camembert and asparagus is another good one
Smoked salmon and brie is good too
Proscuito tomato and parmesan is good too

Some chives, pepper & a few shavings of Swiss cheese is about as exotic as I get.....On top of the Spring onions & mushrooms.....Fresh of course.

Also, the omelette MUST be cooked in good butter.....Definitely not oil or margarine.
