Not for me. I am starving after i eat eggs. Never fills me up. Im up to a 5 egg omelette at 630 and not hungry til about 11. With 3 eggs i would get to 930.Protein breakfast and your not hungry for hours

But if i have buckwheat pancakes or waffles i get to 12.
Its weird. No one else i know is like this.
I got a little container of bacon fat in the fridge for short cut bacon,other wise it sweats instead of frysBacon and eggs, cook the eggs in the bacon grease, it is delish
I have one egg and toast for breakfast with a glass of juice at 6am. If I get hungry, I'll have a cup of tea around 10am and then eat at lunch.
Only on Friday's.no coco pops?
Getting home a bit late, the dog is happy to see you, so you think 'Stuff it, I'm taking him for a walk'.
Get the dog all fired up, and off you go. Great de-stress.
