Reposting this, it's basically Scorch's footy template for MS Paint. Originally worked off the rugby template I did and later realized it was the same template. I have centred some of the sponsor logos, and have added the basic patterns that will fit into the jumper template.
All you'll need to do is download the .zip file and then unzip it on your computer.

I don't post mine up due to the amount of time I've spent trying to create it, but it is pretty simple to make your own using some of the tutorials on here. I doubt you are going to find too many people on Ai let alone those who are willing to post their templates, your best shot is either to use Bacon Warriors' template in the thread (which is quality and widely used) or have a crack at making your own.
