No team ever makes that trade by the way. I don't even think it works financially and can you trade 4 draft picks?

I'd happily go without Teague in such a trade, but the NBA Trade Machine has the deal working with Teague, he isn't an essential component, I'd personally prefer Rose though he at this time can't be traded.

The rule with trading picks is you can't trade back to back first round picks.

The Nets traded x3 first round picks and allowed a pick swap with another pick, which is a similar structure such a deal could take on.

At this time, if my understanding is correct. Teams can trade as far into the future as 2026 picks. Making x4 future first round picks possible if that's the case.

Well, it goes against the years and years of people talking about him like he's a scrub, and the idea that the Magic "don't have a point guard" and he's just a stopgap, etc.
