People who wake up and immediately eat, drink coffee etc. are freaks IMO.
I want at least half an hour at the absolute minimum after waking up before eating anything.
If I eat something within 2 hours of waking up I will feel tired again.
Used to s**t me no end when work always had breakfast celebrations for whatever, leaving. I'd be rendered useless rest of the day.
