Shocking results this morning from our point of view. The players should be burning.
In terms of 'burning', would think Ozil would like to have a few of those moments back. He had one of his quiet games.

Should've done so much better on that shot on goal, at least he had to get it on target. But worse was his defending for their winner. He was closest to Williams and pretty much got out of the way.

Sure, one could say why isn't a defender tracking his run. But in moments like that, when its your turn to go, you just need to do it.

Hoping he has a big one this weekend.

You've been awfully quiet while we've been winning, then suddenly turn up after our first defeat. WOB?
Did you notice my last paragraph: "Still, the league is ours for the taking if we get a good run with no injuries."

No offence to any of the contributors to the Big Footy forums, but these pages are not very high in my list of priorities. I have other far more pressing matters to attend to.

If you are suggesting that I don't want my side to win or I somehow get some perverted sense of satisfaction from my side not winning then GAGF ! How's that one?

For the last few months, I've only had a limited amount of time and I've used that precious time to contribute sporadically to other areas of Big Footy on matters that are far more important than soccer/sport :openmouth:.

Don't question my dedication to The Arsenal. I'm not particularly fussed that we lost to Everton away; in football you do sometimes lose!

Changes for the Citeh game ? I'd be thinking long and hard about the wings positions given Theo's and Ox's performances at Everton. Obviously Ozil had a stinker but its not like your going to drop him.

The job Conte is doing at Chelsea really is sublime, in my opinion they have a squad that is no better than ours and yet they have won 11 straight league games.

They play one game a week and get to pick the same fresh 11 each week.
Then we should finish 8th one season if its that easy. Give me an 8th placed season and a season of being Champions over 2 4th placed finishes over a 2 year period any day.
