Spurs now winning also, really great couple of weeks for us!
lol we have gone from being top of the League to 9 points off the pace & from 10 and 7 points above United and Spurs to 4 & 1 respectively. Oh and we managed to draw Bayern Munich in the CL.

The draw against Bayern does not matter. It is not like we could win it.

Genuinely wonder what not capitulating feels like. Can't even visualize this team winning a trophy and standing up under pressure.
Hear all this crap about how we have new resolve this year etc etc, we take the lead in 2 consecutive games and end up getting 0 points from them.

Yep, seems we've reverted back to type. No excuses. Ozil in particular has been gash since the international break, Wenger isn't capable of constructing a solid side around him.

Sanchez sure but what's Ozil done lately? He should look in the mirror before pointing the finger anywhere else. Insipid month or so by his standards and wage packet.
No your right, if he keeps up these efforts, we may as well cash in on him now. Which is sad, because I love him when he is up and going.

12th game in a row without a clean sheet. Wenger's 2nd-rate "system" beginning to fail yet again. And conceding equalisers on the stroke of HT v Everton and just after the restart v City. Pathetic.

Bit of a baptism of fire for Xhaka, these last couple of matches. Hopefully benefits him and us down the track. Even with Santi in we'd still be fragile - we have an awful bloody setup and game plan. So out of whack with modern-day football.

Mustafi is our most important player it seems. Unbeaten with him, then 2 straight league losses with that car crash footballer Gabriel.
Shows how poor we are in terms of structure etc when missing 1 or 2 players of your best 11 means that much in terms of performance. Reality is City had twice as many key players as us unavailable for the game.

Im Curious to know your thoughts, do you believe Arsene deserves a contract extension ?
One of his biggest supporters but when is enough enough ? He's at a pensionable age but so addicted to the whole thing, Gazidis hasn't got the balls to do it so it looks like he'll die on the job !

I dont know why I do it to myself. I had renewed vigour and hope off the back of our solid start, however, it is basically the same as last year which was the same as they year before and so on. I got up this morning for that rubbish. Started ok, but it literally is so predictable the way things happen. We were always going to concede and what was even more certain was that once it was 1 all, we were even more certain to lose. The mental fortitude of this team is pathetic. No one is prepared to dig in and stand up. There are players playing who are not good enough - Gabriel, Monreal (has been shit for a month now), Coquelin.

The way we play is absolutely disgraceful. Waltzing around with ZERO intensity (until we are a goal down of course). Wenger is one dimensional. With the squad at his disposal we should be much much better. He simply has to go. I would do it in January personally. Give us 6 months to convince Simeone or someone with some modern ideas and some farking flexibility in style of play.

It is not up to Gazidis. Only Kroenke will decide when Wenger is to go.
